Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was impeccable and so peaceful with comfortable lounge seating, a good size table and chairs, large wardrobe, plenty of drawers, and several lamps. However, the dining experience was not too bad but very overpriced, and it was a little cold and did nt taste like it was made with high quality ingredients. The service from the staff was extremely helpful and obliging, and the location was absolutely amazing, not far from Southbank and very close to the mall and train station.
The hotel has lovely balconies for enjoying the views, but there was an issue with an extra payment taken from my account. The location is perfect for exploring Brisbane on foot, close to everything in the CBD, but construction makes access challenging. The dining experience at The Lab was magnificent, yet the breakfast could improve. Service was diligent and fixed oversights quickly.
The hotel had amazing rooms, spacious and with lovely river views, though it felt more like a 3.5-star than a 5-star property. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was excellent for shopping and dining, but the dining experience fell short of expectations. The facilities were well-maintained, but some aspects were not up to par.
The hotel offers rooms with charm and opulence but may not be suitable for disabled individuals. The staff, while helpful, seemed disinterested at times. The location is perfect for shopping and provides easy access to the bustling Queen Street Mall. The dining experience was magnificent at the Lab, but there were issues with payments and refunds. Overall, a mixed experience with some standout features.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect! The rooms were huge, luxurious, and so warm and relaxing, providing all the necessary comforts. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to assist at all times. The location was central to fantastic dining and entertainment options. The dining experience was wonderful, offering a great menu and amazing staff. Overall, a luxurious and delightful experience.
