I found the location convenient! It was close to everything I needed. The room size was generous. The bed offered superb comfort. The staff seemed friendly and efficient.

The hotel is near a lot of tourist sites, including the new Star Casino complex, and it is an easy walk across the Neville Bonner Bridge to reach QPAC, the museum, the Wheel of Brisbane, and Southbank.

Check-in was straightforward, and I received a bonus upgrade. Breakfast staff were friendly, they provided great service, and the food was wonderful. The staff at reception were consistently friendly and helpful.

The building features a heritage design and large guest rooms. The bathroom looked clean and modern. Underground parking is available, though I found it a little difficult to locate initially.

tough steakmusty smell

the room service experience was bad the steak i ordered was tough and the chips were cold i also found the pepper sauce had a weird taste the hotel itself felt quite old and had a musty smell that wasn't pleasant. the air conditioning wasn't effective enough to keep the room cool at night the bathroom felt small considering the size of the room overall i expected better for the price i paid
